Our client is an active privately owned and operated business with divested interests including distribution, logistics, mining, infrastructure, and property investment. An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property professional to join their small, high performing team.
Working closely with the Directors and Investment Manager, the role has a focus on assisting with the overall strategic management of the portfolio, including:
- Assisting with due diligence on property acquisitions.
- Unlocking value add opportunities through development.
- Preparation of investment and Board reports including budget and variance analysis.
- Liaison and management of external management agencies including leasing agents and property managers.
- Maintain strong relationships with all tenants.
- Preparation of tenancy schedules.
- Maintain al legal legislative requirements.
- Assist with all strategic Asset Management across the portfolio.
You perform at your best in a highly driven setting and be able to demonstrate superior communication and time management skills with the ability to deal with various stakeholders across multiple properties. Overall, a great attitude and willingness to learn is a must.
