Committed to innovation, sustainability, and nurturing employee growth, we are in search of a meticulously organised and detail-oriented Payroll and HR professional to join our team.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end processing of payroll administration, administering and coordinating the employee lifecycles from hire to exit, performing general administration duties, and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation related to the role.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage end-to-end payroll operations on Employment Hero for all employees, including processing timesheets, remuneration rates and allowances, processing payroll weekly, and managing the payroll system to ensure accurate interpretation of award and payments.
* Processing of superannuation payments through Employment Hero, child support and other required payments related to payroll processing.
* Administer the Employment Hero software to document changes in the employee lifecycle.
* Preparation of associated reporting for management.
* Administering the rostering system on Employment hero, setting schedules, and publishing rosters.

Skills:

* Strong attention to detail.
* Excellent organisational and people skills.
* Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software systems.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
* Strong communication skills.
* Knowledge of Fair Work Act, Modern awards and industrial relations preferred.
* Experience in payroll administration or human resources role preferred
