About the Role

As an Aviation Rescue Fire Fighter, you will be stationed at one of our airport fire stations, dedicated to responding to any aerodrome related emergency. Your responsibilities will include:

* Responding to aircraft incidents

* Maintenance of trucks and the fire station

* Providing first aid and offering fire safety advice

Requirements
">
To be eligible for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
">
* Australian or New Zealand citizenship or Australian permanent residency
">
* Completed senior secondary certificate of education (Year 10/12)
">
* Current unrestricted driver's license with the ability to obtain a heavy rigid license
">
* Current Provide First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011 or HTLAID014) at time of commencement on Recruit Course
">
* Physically and mentally fit, able to pass a physical aptitude test including a beep test with a pass score of 9.1 and aviation medical assessment
">
* Ability to work well in a team, think quickly under pressure, and make logical decisions in critical situations
