Job Title: Level 2 Support Engineer
This is a high-quality technical support role that offers variety, problem-solving, and collaboration.
You will provide exceptional support to clients across a range of Microsoft technologies, networking environments, and cloud-based platforms.
* Provide support for desktops, servers, networks, and cloud services.
* Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to Microsoft systems (Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, etc.).
* Support basic network configurations and resolve connectivity issues (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls).
* Escalate and liaise with vendors or other teams when necessary.
* Assist with onboarding and offboarding users, including device configuration and access provisioning.
* Manage Microsoft 365 and Azure/AWS cloud environments.
* Maintain documentation, ticketing, and asset records.
* Provide remote and onsite support to clients as needed.
