About the Role
As a Rostering Clerk, you are the vital link between clients, families, and our workforce. You will coordinate services with care, accuracy, and respect—ensuring continuity of support while responding flexibly to changing needs.
You will work closely with clients, their representatives, support workers, and management to ensure services are delivered safely, consistently, and in line with NDIS and Aged Care standards.
Key Responsibilities
Client Liaison
* Maintain accurate client records and service rosters
* Proactively fill vacant shifts to ensure continuity of care
* Communicate respectfully with clients and families regarding changes to services, listening for their wants and needs
* Build and maintain positive, trusting relationships with clients, families, and staff
* Inform clients of available services, as well as their rights and responsibilities
* Respond to and escalate incidents and complaints in line with organisational policies
* Identify workforce or service delivery risks and escalate to management
* Maintain accurate, confidential records of all communication with clients, staff, and external stakeholders
* Promptly report any situation that may place clients, staff, or the organisation at risk
* Facilitate effective communication between clients, their representatives, and the organisation regarding administrative and service requirements
Employee Liaison
* Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records within rostering and database systems
* Coordinate and maintain employee rosters
* Prepare reports as requested by management
* Respond to staff issues, incidents, or complaints in line with company policies and procedures
* Support a positive, respectful, and compliant workplace culture
What You Bring
Qualifications & Experience
* Qualifications and/or demonstrated experience in administration, rostering, or a similar role
* Experience in disability, aged care, or community services is highly regarded
Knowledge
* Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Understanding of privacy, confidentiality, and compliance obligations in care services (desirable)

* Clear communicator: able to adapt communication style to clients, families, staff, and external stakeholders
* Strong attention to detail: accurate record-keeping and written communication

Appointment to this role is subject to meeting regulatory requirements, including:
