Key responsibilities include:
* Overseeing general office administration
* Managing incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
* Coordinating and preparing various documents, reports, and correspondence
* Maintaining accurate records and databases
* Assisting with financial administration, including invoicing and reconciliation
* Managing office supplies and equipment
* Supporting the team with various administrative tasks as required
About You:
* Proven experience in an Office Manager or senior administrative role
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
