Amalfi Pizza & Pasta is a fast-paced restaurant dedicated to serving high-quality pizzas, pasta with friendly customer service. We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable team members to join our in-store team and help create a great experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
* Take customer orders in person and over the phone
* Operate the POS system and process payments
* Assist with preparing basic food items and packing takeaway orders
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the store, kitchen, and service areas
* Restock ingredients, packaging, and beverages as required
* Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members
* Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health standards
* Assist with opening and closing duties when required

* Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
* Ability to multitask and stay organised during busy periods
* Previous hospitality or retail experience is preferred but not required
* Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
