Job Overview
As a senior project coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily site activities and ensuring seamless coordination among subcontractors, suppliers, and construction teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage short-term projects, monitor costs, and oversee quality assurance, environmental health, and safety requirements.
* Supervise and coordinate large-scale construction projects, services, and civil works.
Requirements:
* Prior experience as a supervisor or site manager on high-profile projects, preferably with a minimum budget of $10 million.
* More than 5 years of experience managing complex building projects, services, and civil works.
* Strong planning, problem-solving, analytical thinking skills, and ability to lead teams effectively.
