About the Role
The Case Manager will provide specialist family violence risk assessments and support within the West Australian Common Risk Assessment Management Framework (CRARMF) and review regularly.
Coordinate and work collaboratively with a range of services and stakeholders to support women and children reach their goals and maximize safety.
Support the Family Support Worker in the delivery of the client led safety and case plan goals.
Provide culturally safe, client led planning across a range of areas including safety, independence, well-being, housing, social inclusion, and employment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct regular reviews and updates on client cases within CRARMF.
2. Work collaboratively with various services and stakeholders to achieve maximum safety for clients.
3. Solicit input from Family Support Workers to inform client led plans.
4. Promote culturally sensitive practices across all facets of the role.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications
A demonstrated commitment to improving outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people would be an asset.
Familiarity with Western Australian legislation, particularly Section 51 of the Equal Opportunity Act, is beneficial.
