The role involves assisting in the preparation and production of menu items, ensuring food safety guidelines are followed, and collaborating with senior chefs to develop new dishes and menus. Other responsibilities include monitoring portion and waste control, maintaining a clean and organized work area, training and supervising junior kitchen staff, and contributing creative ideas for continuous improvement of kitchen operations.

* Prior experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-volume kitchen setting
* Demonstrated experience in preparing and presenting diverse cuisines
