We are seeking a passionate and skilled Sous Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. In this role, you will work closely with the team to oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include supervising kitchen staff, managing inventory, controlling food costs, and contributing to menu development. You will also help maintain a safe and hygienic workspace in compliance with health regulations
The ideal candidate should have at least 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting. Strong leadership, creativity, and expertise in diverse cuisines are essential. A culinary diploma or equivalent training is preferred
