As the Events & Community Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and strengthening our brand presence through meaningful events and activations. You will be responsible for planning and executing product events, brand events, and community activations.
The role is based in Brookvale and will focus on creating exceptional in-person brand experiences, fostering a strong sense of community, and amplifying Muscle Republic's connection with customers, partners, and fitness enthusiasts.This role is perfect for a dynamic and strategic marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about fitness, brand storytelling, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities of the role include:
* Working closely with the Brand Manager to develop and execute product launch events, pop-ups, brand activations, and community-driven initiatives.
* Owning the end-to-end event planning process, including venue selection, logistics, vendor coordination, and event promotion.
* Identifying and coordinating sponsorship opportunities at key fitness events, ensuring seamless brand integration.
* Working closely with the marketing and content teams to develop event strategies that drive attendance, engagement, and social amplification.
* Ensuring all events and activations deliver an immersive brand experience that reflects Muscle Republic's core values.
* Acting as a key brand representative, fostering genuine connections with customers and fitness communities.
* Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on key event and community engagement metrics, including attendance, engagement, customer acquisition, brand sentiment and social media impact.
About you:
* 3+ years of experience in event planning, community management, or brand activations (ideally within fitness, lifestyle, or retail industries).
* Strong background in event logistics, partnerships, and experiential marketing.
* Exceptional ability to build and maintain relationships with community partners, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
* A deep passion for fitness and community-driven brand building.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to execution.
* Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing to drive event awareness and engagement.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
* Experience in event planning, PR, and community-driven marketing initiatives
