As a Dairy Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the dairy department. You will lead, coach and develop the team to hit and exceed KPIs while driving engagement and delivering excellent customer service.

About This Role
* You will have full accountability for the management of the dairy department, including monitoring stock levels, rotation routines, waste control and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the dairy team to achieve sales targets, cost control and rostering requirements.
* Maintain excellent department standards through effective stock management, rotation routines, waste control and quality assurance.
* Create a positive work environment by promoting a one-team culture and fostering open communication among team members.
* Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction and increase loyalty.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Previous experience working in a retail environment, preferably in a leadership or management role.
* Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing teams.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
