We are a well-established, small high-quality joinery and shopfitting business based in Kilsyth, working with long-term, high-end clients.
We are seeking a 2nd–4th Year Apprentice Cabinetmaker/Shopfitter to join our friendly and experienced team. This role provides hands-on experience across workshop joinery and shopfitting, with structured support and mentoring throughout the apprenticeship.
Duties Include
* Assisting qualified cabinetmakers with workshop production
* Use of hand tools and woodworking machinery
* Assisting with spray painting preparation
* Material handling and workshop duties
* Deliveries and pickups to suppliers and job sites
* Occasional assistance with on-site installations
Skills & Requirements
* Currently enrolled as a 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year apprentice
* Ability to read and interpret workshop drawings
* Reliable, punctual, and well presented
* High attention to detail and willingness to learn
* Physically fit and capable of workshop and site work
Licences & Tickets
* Driver's licence (essential)
* White Card (essential)
* Forklift licence (desirable)
