What You Will Do
* Lead and manage the Technology Services function, including IT infrastructure, application delivery, and service management.
* Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with business goals and emerging technology trends.
* Drive operational efficiency, governance, and risk management across all technology services.
* Build and lead high‐performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
* Partner with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and user‐focused technology solutions.
* Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and technology investments to maximize ROI.
What You Will Bring
* Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role (GM/Head of IT/CTO) with full P&L accountability.
* Strong strategic thinking and hands‐on operational experience across IT services, infrastructure, and enterprise applications.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, driving results in complex environments.
* Experience in vendor management, budgeting, and delivering technology transformation initiatives.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on delivering outcomes.
