Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the role of Warehouse Team Leader. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient stock control, safe work practices, and excellent service to our customers and internal teams.

The Warehouse Team Leader will be responsible for coordinating the daily operations of the warehouse, including managing stock movements, inventory control, and documentation accuracy. They will also be required to load and unload trucks and manage deliveries efficiently, as well as operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support a small warehouse team, ensuring smooth and safe operations.
* Oversee stock movements, inventory control, and documentation accuracy.
* Load and unload trucks and manage deliveries efficiently.
* Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
* Monitor and maintain workplace safety and cleanliness standards.
* Liaise with customers, drivers, and internal departments as required.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a warehouse/storeperson role, ideally with team leadership exposure.
* Forklift license (LF) essential; HR license or high-risk licenses highly regarded.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Experience with inventory systems.
* A safety-first attitude and good communication skills.
