Get discounts on private health insurance, gym memberships and travel and so much more **Your Role as Senior Clinical Advisor** The Senior Clinical Advisor is a key leadership position in the WMQ headspace structure and will provide oversight to the coordination and delivery of the Early Career Program, supporting the development of clinical services and ensuring that the day-to-day clinical work of supervisees is carried out to effectively meet the needs of young people. The Senior Clinical Advisor will contribute to the development of evidence-based and innovative clinical services and will ensure the delivery of mental health services that are of the highest quality by**What We’re Looking For*** Approved Tertiary Qualification in Nursing or Allied Health discipline including Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Nursing and Occupational Therapy with at least 2 years senior clinician experience* Current full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA) or current full membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW), with ability to bill through MBS* Advanced level of clinical skills and demonstrated experience in a range of mental health service settings inclusive of Youth Mental Health* Experience in complex clinical triage, assessment and allocation of referrals* Experience in service development and maintaining continuous quality improvement* Proven ability in the leadership of multidisciplinary team* Advanced skills in the provision of clinical supervision, including understanding of multidisciplinary supervision requirements, and completion of supervision-specific training and qualifications, or evidence of actively working towards same* Ensure clinical staff are appropriately orientated and provided with adequate supervision, training and career development. This may also involve the clinical supervision of tertiary students on placement where applicable* Ensure clinical review meetings occur regularly and that clinical documentation is completed appropriately* Highly developed verbal and written communication skills: and an excellent track record in building and maintaining effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders* Ability to work in a highly productive environment with time pressures whilst managing multiple tasks* Advanced computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, electronic recording systems and data management tools* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a productive team member**Essential Requirements*** Proof of COVID-19 vaccination status (or as required by legislation and WMQ policy)* Relevant probity checks required by legislation and WMQ Limited policy.* Current Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel for work* Support from our Employee Wellbeing Program – we are recognised as an Advanced Mental Health First Aid Skilled Workplace!* Access to salary packaging benefits that enable you to increase your take-home pay* Discounted allied health services such as nutrition, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and remedial massage* Access to discounts on private health insurance, gym memberships and travel
