Supporting more than 250 clients across metropolitan and regional Victoria and only continuing to grow, we want the people who join us to also believe disability support should enable a life of independence and dignity.Looking for staff to support a client in her 60's needing 1:1 high physical support needs, 24/7 care with inactive overnights.To do a great job, you’ll need:Good judgement and common sense, listening skills, a willingness to learn and a commitment to our values.Experience supporting people with high physical needs, manual handling and hoist transfers.Experience in personal care (showering and dressing) and assistance with domestic duties (meal preparation and housekeeping).Experience with bowel care and catheter care.Have great patience and be willing to put in the time and energy to build rapport with the client.Enthusiasm and passion for supporting people with disabilities to live great lives.Commitment to working with a care team approach, including guidance from professionals.
