The business is going through a sustained period of growth having secured multiple major project wins from their established client base within the commercial construction world.
Current package values across major projects range up to $60m.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of mechanical projects from start to finish
* Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful completion
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and team members
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
Requirements
* Proven experience as a mechanical project manager with a track record of delivering projects on-time and within budget
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams
* Knowledge of mechanical systems, construction methodologies, and project management software
