We're partnering with a world‐class in‐house creative video team supporting a major global streaming and technology platform across international markets. They're looking for a Creative Lead / Senior Video Editor – a hands‐on, senior storyteller who can both craft exceptional edits and lead creative thinking across high‐impact TV and platform content. This is not a pure execution role. You'll sit at the intersection of creative, product and marketing – shaping how video lives inside a premium digital product experience.
What You'll Be Doing
* Leading and collaborating on trailer, promo and sizzle content
* Editing high‐end short and long‐form video projects
* Overseeing post‐production workflows (edit, grade, sound, VFX integration)
* Working cross‐functionally with design, editorial and production teams globally
* Presenting creative work to senior stakeholders
* Managing vendor relationships and ensuring delivery quality control
* Maintaining organised, scalable post workflows across multiple territories
What We're Looking For
* 10+ years' experience in editing / post‐production (agency, studio, streaming or broadcast)
* Strong command of storytelling across short and long‐form formats
* Experience leading creative projects end‐to‐end
* Deep understanding of post workflows and delivery specs across multiple platforms
* Advanced proficiency in Premiere (essential) + supporting tools (FCPX, Resolve, After Effects etc.)
* Confident communicator who can manage feedback across time zones
