Your opportunity

We are seeking expressions of interest from passionate Retail Managers to join our team at one of our South Australian Westfield destinations.

In this role, you will manage relationships with our retail partners, support their success, drive results, and advocate for their needs.

Reporting to the Centre Manager and being part of the centre's leadership team, this position offers the chance to make a significant impact on the retailer and customer experience and drive our team's success.

In this role, you will:

* Support the day‐to‐day operations and presentation of the Centre
* Build strong relationships with retailers, customers, community groups and government stakeholders
* Identify strategic opportunities to lift retailer and centre performance
* Lead and develop the Concierge supervisor and team.
* Champion and support new programs that enhance the customer and retailer experience
* Resolve issues and influence internal teams to deliver great outcomes
* Manage centre incidents and emergencies in line with procedures
* Participate in Duty Manager responsibilities as part of the Centre Leadership Team

What sets you apart:

You'll ideally bring experience in shopping centres, hotel or retail leadership or managing a large operational environment, along with:

* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
* Curiosity and confidence navigating complex situations
* The ability to balance hands‐on operational work with strategic thinking
* Commercial acumen to identify opportunities that grow income and lift centre performance
