Edmonton Tyre and Mechanical is looking for both an experienced Automotive Mechanic and a motivated Apprentice to join our busy and growing workshop in Edmonton (Cairns), QLD.

Your Role
As part of our team, you will:
* Diagnose and repair a wide variety of vehicles
* Conduct inspections and scheduled maintenance
* Perform tyre fitting, balancing, and brake servicing
* Use the latest diagnostic tools and tuning equipment (including 4WD dyno)
* Keep work areas clean, safe, and efficient
* Collaborate with teammates and communicate clearly with customers

What We're Looking For
Automotive Mechanic (Tradesman):
* Trade-qualified with a minimum 2 years post-trade experience
* Skilled in diagnostics, repair techniques, and customer communication
* Confident using digital tools and diagnostic software
* Self-motivated and committed to quality workmanship
Apprentice:
* A strong interest in the automotive industry
* Willingness to learn, take feedback, and work as part of a team
* Reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic
