Job Title: Client Liaison Specialist - Project Coordination
Sales and Customer Support:
The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between clients and the construction team, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout their project journey. This role requires effective collaboration with internal teams, including sales, design, and construction, to support smooth and efficient project delivery.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the Interior Designer and assist other administrative departments as needed
2. Manage coordination of variations and prepare colour selection documentation
3. Liaise with relevant authorities to request and organise necessary documentation
4. Provide clients with regular updates throughout the pre-construction to handover process
5. Perform general administrative tasks and provide reception support when required

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role and possess strong organisational abilities, a keen eye for detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
