We are seeking a dedicated and friendly individual to join our team as a Guest Services Coordinator.
This role involves providing exceptional customer service to all staff and visitors, handling internal and external calls and correspondence, and being the go-to specialist for all staff and guest enquiries.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a hospitality or service delivery role and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. They will be willing to learn and take on new responsibilities with a can-do attitude.
The successful candidate will adopt a one-team attitude with all members of the extended Building Management team and partners, promoting community engagement events and initiatives while also assisting the Customer Relationship Manager.
