As our Training Manager, you'll be on the frontlines of shaping a new mainstream automotive brand—developing cutting-edge training programs, empowering our teams, and ensuring our people know exactly how to make our brand shine.Key responsibilities:Oversee the creation, development, coordination, and implementation of sales, product, technical, and non-technical trainingFoster relationships between GAA, HQ, Dealer partners, and suppliers/agency to create value-add training courses and events for GAA dealer partners.Gather information and deliver requirements received from all GAA departments to ensure full brand alignment and consistency in training materials and certification pathways.Evaluate the effectiveness of the training and provide suitable reports to relevant management on achieved outcomes.Liaise with Regional Field Representatives to analyze and report on dealer’s adherence to manufacturer training standards.Perform training needs analysis and strategic planning.Qualifications:Minimum 5+ years of automotive trainingHigh competence in Office 365 systemsDomestic and international travel involved.Relevant Tertiary qualifications or certificationsWith full working rights in Australia.
