Enterprise Resilience Manager–Customer and Operations

About the Role:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive Enterprise Resilience program that identifies, assesses, and mitigates risks related to people, premises, technology, and supplier disruptions.
* Prepare for and respond to disruptive events in a timely and effective manner, demonstrating strong command and control of incident response and coordination.
* Assist in formulating a vision and strategy for Enterprise Resilience within Allianz Australia Services Pty Ltd and its subsidiaries.
* Maintain an effective Enterprise Resilience Program to manage resilience risks within approved risk appetite and ensure compliance with APRA regulations and Allianz Group Protection and Resilience Standards.
About You:
* Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or experience working in a business resilience role acquired in a complex, matrixed corporate organisation.
* Extensive understanding of controls related to resilience and continuity crisis, business continuity, and major incident management.
* Demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to establish strong professional relationships and influence outcomes.
