The Position
We're looking for an Occupational Therapist who's excited about joining a growing, innovative private practice. You'll have the opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of our client services and systems. This position offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to work closely with our founder and lead OT, Amie.
Your role will involve:
* Providing client-centered occupational therapy services to Tasmanians.
* Managing a diverse client list including NDIS, CTP, SAH and other streams, handpicked to support your professional growth and interests.
* Collaborating with Amie, a highly experienced and accomplished OT, to refine clinical processes and develop best practices.
* Engaging in ongoing mentorship and supervision to enhance your professional and personal skills and confidence.
* Leveraging technology to "break up with admin" - allowing you to focus on client care not paperwork.
We welcome applications from OTs with a range of experience in any specialty area, particularly those looking to transition into private practice or seeking greater work-life balance and meaning.
