About the Role
As our Team Member, you will be offering top-tier service and creating a warm, memorable experience for every customer. Whether it's an engagement ring, anniversary gift, repair or "just because" moment, you'll be helping customers find that something special.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome customers in a warm and friendly manner
* Guide clients through their jewellery journey with expertise, care, and genuine enthusiasm
* Take in customer repairs
* Contribute to a positive team culture and provide great customer service
* Eagerness to learn and contribute to a supportive, high-performing team
* Provide detailed information about our products, including materials, designs, and craftsmanship
* Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
* Maintain a high level of product knowledge to better serve our customers
* Contribute to the overall appearance and organisation of the store
* Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a positive customer experience
What We're Looking For
* Retail/customer service experience (jewellery experience is a bonus)
* Strong communication and people skills
* A genuine passion for jewellery
* Attention to detail, the ability to work accurately and pride in presentation
* Reliable and flexible with availability (including weekends)
* A friendly, helpful, and professional demeanour
