Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
* Draft, post, and manage job adverts on various platforms.
* Screen applications, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews.
* Support hiring managers with interview preparation and selection.
* Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and best practices.
* Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
* Contribute to employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.
About You
* Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities at once.
* A proactive, organised, and solution-focused approach.
* Be passionate about candidate care
* Strong attention to detail
* Have a confident and professional phone manner
* Outstanding verbal and written communications
* Prioritising and managing timeframes and deadlines
* Previous industry experience, high volume based recruitment
* Experience using PageUp would be an advantage but not essential
