About the role
Youngman & Co is seeking a highl skilled and experienced Kitchen Installer with experience in kitchen facelifts to join our team. As a Full-time Kitchen Installer, you will be responsible for the efficient and professional installation of high-quality kitchens in residential properties across Perth and surrounding areas.
What you'll be doing
* Carefully measuring, cutting, and installing kitchen cabinets, benchtops, and associated hardware
* Ensuring all kitchen installations meet the required safety and quality standards.
* Providing exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients throughout the installation process
* Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety protocols
* Participating in team meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of our installation processes
What we're looking for
* Proven experience as a Kitchen Installer with a minimum of 5 years solid experience in the industry either in Australia or the uk
* Strong technical skills in cabinet making, benchtop installation, and associated kitchen hardware must be able to do mason mitres.
* Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to navigate complex installation challenges
* Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and the design team
* Excellent time management and organisational skills to ensure efficient and timely installations
* A valid driver's licence and access to reliable transportation
* Must have own tools including Track saw Table saw and mitre saw router
