From daily food offerings across our Retail, through to Functions and Events, no two days will ever be the same! In this role you will showcase your talents in a centralised production kitchen with state-of-the-art facilities, managing a strong culinary brigade. Key Duties Plan, supervise, monitor and evaluate the food production and menu-based catering Successfully managing, mentoring and developing your culinary team including kitchen hands, cooks and chefs Deliver to our client's high expectations of a premium experience Champion the significance and accurate implementation of allergy awareness controls Maintaining a high standard of food hygiene, safety and cleanliness The Person An unwavering love of food and the art of cooking 2 years' experience managing a busy kitchen Experience in leading, mentoring and developing teams Experience in stock control, ordering, management of food costs, and budgeting Passionate about healthy and nutritious eating Have a genuine passion for using sustainable practices and local produce The Benefits: We are a company that puts our people first, understanding that great things can be achieved when we all work together!
