About the Role
Reporting to the Dealer Principals, you will lead the end-to-end marketing function across four dealerships.
You will lead, mentor and develop a team of 5 marketing specialists, driving a high-performance culture while delivering integrated campaigns and premium brand experiences aligned to Mercedes-Benz standards.
This is a hands‐on leadership role where you will balance strategy, execution, and stakeholder engagement to maximise sales performance and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach and develop a team of 5 marketing specialists across 4 sites
* Develop and execute group-wide marketing strategy aligned to brand standards
* Deliver high‐impact campaigns, product launches and premium customer events
* Oversee digital channels, CRM activity and website performance
* Manage agency relationships and campaign delivery
* Own and optimise the marketing budget, reporting on ROI and effectiveness
* Work closely with Sales, Service and Parts departments to drive integrated sales and retention strategies.
* Build and nurture the Mercedes-Benz VIP community, strengthening relationships and long‐term retention strategies
* Maintain strong alignment with Mercedes-Benz corporate and internal stakeholders
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
* Proven luxury brand marketing leadership experience (automotive highly regarded)
* Experience managing teams and multi‐site marketing operations
* Strong background in campaign delivery, events and brand execution
* Commercially minded with strong analytical and reporting capability
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Marketing degree or relevant qualification
* Current VIC Driver's licence
