Part-time Administration Officer - Facilities
* 15.2 hours per week, ongoing position (full-time available)
* Location: Warrnambool Campus
* Salary: $66,014 per annum (pro-rata) plus superannuation
South West TAFE is seeking an organized and proactive Administration Officer to support our Facilities team across southwest Victoria. The role involves managing contractor compliance, handling bookings and procurement, and maintaining up-to-date facility records.
Qualifications and Skills
* Certificate IV in Business (Administration) or equivalent qualification, or at least 2 years of relevant office experience
* Strong administration and coordination skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint)
* Ability to quickly adapt to new systems and tools
* Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams and sites
