This two-year Graduate Development Program is designed to equip you with the skills and expertise needed to excel in civil engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
* You will contribute to transport upgrades, geotechnical investigations, structural assessments, and sustainable water solutions.
* During your tenure, you may be involved in tenders, proposals, and site visits.
* As part of our team, you will work closely with mentors to build consulting foundations and tailor development pathways that align with your career goals.
What We Offer:
Our program offers diverse opportunities for growth and development. Most full-time roles start in February 2026, with some teams commencing earlier in mid-2025. We also provide casual opportunities during the final year.
Requirements:
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in civil engineering or a related field.
* Strong communication skills, collaborative mindset, and a passion for problem-solving are essential.
* Ability to contribute to a diverse, inclusive team; interest in multiple civil engineering disciplines is desirable.
