About The Role
We're looking for a casual detail-oriented Data Entry Administrator to join our busy Rockhampton Laboratory. This is a great opportunity for someone with administrative skills who enjoys working in a dynamic blue collar environment, supporting a technical team.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Accurate and timely data entry
Processing laboratory documentation
Using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Answering phones and greeting clients
Assisting with accounts payable tasks
Providing general admin support to the laboratory team
This is a Permanent / Part-time role with holiday pay and sick pay. Following initial training, hours are around 16-24 hours per week
We're Seeking Someone Who Brings
A desire to work in a long term role
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent organisation and time-management skills
The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
A positive and professional approach when interacting with clients and colleagues
Teamwork and a willingness to support others in the lab environment
