You will be expected to be competent in basic turf management practices and be ready to cross over office admin and on ground works. Parks Victoria is responsible for managing a diverse estate of more than 4 million hectares including 3,000 land and marine parks and reserves making up 18 per cent of Victoria's landmass, 75 per cent of Victoria's wetlands and 70 per cent of Victoria's coastline. We're looking for someone with: * Relevant qualifications and skills for the on-ground management of the Parks Victoria estate, such as certificate or Diploma in Turf Management and/or Natural Resource Management and/or equivalent experience in a similar field. * Demonstrated practical skills and experience in the maintenance and operation of large broad acre maintenance machinery, small equipment and tools for turf maintenance. * Demonstrated experience delivering routine and moderately complex on-ground services and projects under general supervision and as part of a team to achieve agreed outcomes. * A current Victorian driver's license, Medium Rigid endorsement is advantageous.
