Age Care Professional Opportunity
We are seeking a compassionate Age Care professional to join our team in Gippsland, Victoria. As an experienced Registered Nurse (RN), Educator of Enrolled Nurses (EEN) and Personal Care Assistant (PCA), you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of aged care facilities, broadening your experience and skills.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality age care services to residents, including assessing their needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing interventions to promote optimal health outcomes. You will also work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Documented proof of qualification (APHRA registration, Individual Support III, Aged Care or Disability Support IV)
* Current Influenza Flu vaccination evidence
* Current National Police Check (not older than 2 years)
* NDIS screening card
* Current driver's license or reliable source of transport
