Overview
Strike Drilling is a prominent mineral exploration drilling company specializing in reverse circulation and air core drilling services across Australia. We are expanding and seeking motivated Trainee Drillers, experienced Relief Drillers, and high‐performing Senior Drillers for projects across Australia.
We offer a mix of client site and remote exploration project work (caravan accommodation) with 2:1 and 4:2 rosters available.
About you
* Experience in Reverse Circulation drilling and/or Air Core drilling.
* Strong mechanical aptitude, with demonstrated problem‐solving skills and the ability to think clearly and act decisively in the field.
* Effective communicator, able to liaise confidently with crew members, supervisors, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
* Lead from the front by setting the standard for safety-first behaviours, role‐modelling expected conduct, and fostering a positive team environment.
Job requirements
* Experience with KWL700, Schramm T450, T685 and DRA600 rigs(highly regarded)
* Heavy Rigid Drivers Licence or above (required)
* Able to pass pre‐employment medical + drug & alcohol screening (required)
* Provide a national police clearance less than 6 months old. (required)
* Hold a current first aid certificate. (required)
* Be flexible on work location – client site vs exploration work.
* Certificate III or above (preferred)
