About the Role:
The Reservations Agent plays a vital role in ensuring seamless guest experiences across our hotel. As a key member of the reservations team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all reservations, assisting with inquiries and bookings, and liaising with various departments to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage room inventory and ensure optimal occupancy rates through efficient day-to-day operations.
* Respond to all guest queries in a timely manner, utilizing standard template forms as required.
* Verify that all correspondence has been replied to in accordance with client instructions and procedures, while ensuring relevant information is updated in booking and Guest profiles.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Prior experience in a reservations role, preferably within a hospitality setting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
* Strong organisational skills, with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure, while maintaining a positive attitude and high level of customer service standards.
