Retail Professional – Part‐Time – Factory Outlet – Eastern Creek Quarter, NSW
You will work a fixed weekly schedule of 38 hours across weekdays and weekends. Your primary focus will be to open and operate a brand‐new adidas store as part of the brand's retail expansion in Australia.
Key responsibilities:
* Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, as well as individual performance targets, take ownership over them and use all available store resources to meet or exceed them.
* Execute the Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customers' expectations.
* Execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising and In‐Store Communication standards.
* Process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively.
* Constantly replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure the store's entire product offering is represented on the sales floor, with a particular focus on the Footwear category monitoring sell‐through and replenishment.
* Represent the adidas brand, company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
Requirements:
To be successful in your application, you will have a strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success. You will be motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement and be comfortable working in a fast‐paced environment.
Working Hours:
Availability to work retail hours (38 hours per week) across weekdays and weekends is required. Please include your availability in the application.
