This position contributes to the success of DPV Health by operating as a Project Manager – Software Implementation within the Technology Solutions Directorate, with a primary focus on the implementation of a Client Management System (CMS) and its interoperability with organisational platforms, including CRM, clinical systems and corporate applications.
The role is responsible for providing end‐to‐end technical project management to ensure the successful delivery of a modern CMS that supports integrated service delivery, a single client view and efficient data exchange across DPV Health's digital ecosystem.
The role will utilise Azure DevOps to manage projects and coordinate internal and external technical teams.

You will be responsible for:
* End‐to‐end project management of a Client Management System implementation
* Coordinating system integration between the CMS and enterprise platforms, including:
* CRM systems
* Clinical and care systems
* Reporting and analytics tools
* Identity, security and integration services
* Managing discovery, requirements analysis and solution design in collaboration with service delivery teams
* Coordinating vendor activities, technical resources and internal stakeholders
* Overseeing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training and change management activities
* Establishing and managing project governance, reporting and risk management
* Administering Azure DevOps projects and related delivery artefacts
* Supporting data migration, interoperability and information flow design across systems

To be successful in this role, you will bring demonstrated experience delivering CMS, CRM or enterprise software implementations, with a strong understanding of system integration and interoperability.
You will have experience in:
* Qualifications in Project Management and an ICT‐related degree
* Working with CMS, CRM or ERP platforms (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics, SAP or similar)
* Coordinating system integrations and data exchanges across platforms
* Azure DevOps or similar project delivery tools
* Change management in complex organisational environments
* Microsoft Power Platform and Cloud for Healthcare
* Projects within healthcare, community health or human services
* Understanding of client‐centred service delivery models

* Successful candidates will be required to undergo a National Police Check, International Police Check (if applicable), hold a valid WWCC.
* Full driver license and travel between sites required.
