Restaurant General Manager
The role of a Restaurant General Manager is to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales growth, and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to lead our team at KFC Rockhampton South. As the Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for creating a competitive and profitable restaurant, training and developing your Management Team and Team Members, overseeing recruitment and onboarding, fostering a dynamic workplace culture, and ensuring the highest standard of customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
* Consistently train and develop your Management Team and Team Members in line with company standards and guidelines.
* Oversee effective recruitment, selection, and onboarding of your team.
* Foster a dynamic, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.
* Deliver the highest standard of customer service, getting to know regular customers.
* Ensure all products are prepared, cooked, and held in accordance with policies and procedures.
* Uphold the highest level of hygiene, WHS, and food safety standards.
* Successfully implement local marketing strategies, pricing changes, products, and promotions.
* Effectively manage employee grievances and ensure consistent behavior from the team.
* Publish staff rosters in line with labour budget requirements.
* Place weekly stock orders and minimize food wastage.
* Manage a profitable P&L to achieve targets and deliver against Balanced Scorecard objectives.
