Terminal Operations Role

This role offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that supports the terminal's daily operations, ensuring the smooth movement of products in and out.
The site operates Monday to Friday with an on-call roster for night/weekend relief (24/7 / as required). Possible weekend work / overtime may be required for support for the terminal, day/night/all weather and including public holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Health Safety Management: Ensure all critical processes are implemented and adhered to, promoting our 'Beyond Goal Zero' culture and visible leadership in Health Safety activities.
2. Gantry Equipment Surveillance: Conduct daily checks and operational surveillance of the fuel farm.
3. Tanker Driver Supervision: Supervise Tanker Drivers for gantry product loading, assist with inductions, assess competence, and conduct vehicle inspections.
4. Routine Observations: Complete routine operational observations within the terminal.
5. Maintenance Support: Assist maintenance works by reviewing contractor Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) risk/hazard assessments, raise incidents reports, and identify remedial actions.
Requirements:
* Demonstrate a strong commitment to Health Safety management practices.
* Show visible leadership in promoting our 'Beyond Goal Zero' culture.
* Have experience with conducting daily checks and operational surveillance of equipment.
* Be able to supervise and mentor tanker drivers.
* Complete routine operational observations and provide accurate reporting.
* Assist maintenance works and contribute to identifying remedial actions.
