Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for patient flow and clinical care at the Cowes Urgent Care Centre, Cowes Hub, Bass Coast Health. This is a permanent part-time position (0.6 EFT) working 48 hours per fortnight.
The key responsibilities include:
* Managing patient flow and delivering high-quality clinical care
* Maintaining accurate records and adhering to healthcare protocols
* Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless service delivery
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A current registration with NMBA
* Extensive experience in emergency nursing or critical care
* Postgraduate qualifications in critical care/emergency desirable
* Demonstrated leadership skills
* Well-developed clinical skills
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Current ALS or working towards same
* Midwifery qualifications highly regarded
