It is still early days and the perfect time to join a fast-moving team at the ground level.We are looking for a data-driven Marketing Manager with strong customer focus, analytical skills, and an entrepreneurial spirit to join the team.
This key strategic role will support our go to market strategy and execution to drive traffic and new customers to amazon stores.
The ideal candidate is able to navigate ambiguity on a daily basis, build and execute a go to market strategy that delivers traffic at scale, and action data driven insights in real-time as we learn more about our customers.
This role requires the ability to build strong working relationships both across the team (Product, Tech, Finance, Legal) and across key Traffic & Events stakeholders (AU XCM, NavX).
The right candidate is able to force multiply at scale with partner teams.Key job responsibilities1.
Build the new Traffic strategy and bring it to life working with relevant partner teams2.
Creating AU-specific promotional messages and content to ensure relevance and resonance with local markets and (deal) events.3.
Set up testing and experimentation to gain data driven insights to maximize Traffic from onsite, off Amazon marketing and ingresses4.
Lead the creation of the specific Sales & Deals events and execute across functions5.
Collaborate and build trust across critical partner teams to secure and implement strategic placements across Amazon Core6.
Think Big to deliver net new traffic sources working across Product, Tech, and Marketing7.
Complete homepage merchandising and design8.
Coordinate with US counterparts to stay aligned on WW marketing strategyBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion- Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channelsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs- Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiativesAcknowledgement of country:In the spirit of reconciliation Amazon acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community.
