About the Role As a Principal Software Test Engineer, you’ll lead the development of testing frameworks and automation strategies that elevate quality across our digital platforms. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions and uplift engineering standards.
What You’ll Do
Lead the design and implementation of test frameworks that improve productivity and quality across multiple portfolios
Develop and embed automation and security practices into CI/CD pipelines to support scalable delivery
Mentor and uplift junior test engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence
Collaborate with Chapter Leads and contribute to quality-focused initiatives across the organisation
Represent the testing community in strategic discussions and cross-functional programs
What You’ll Bring
Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams across diverse technical domains
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins), source control (Git/Bitbucket), and build tools (Maven, Gradle, Webpack)
Experience in performance and accessibility testing, and API frameworks such as RestAssured and Serenity BDD
