Job Overview
The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of internal and customer cloud and data center infrastructure. This involves resolving important issues, communicating effectively with customers, and contributing to a dynamic team environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Facilitate the delivery of managed services and technical support for cloud and data center technologies.
* Collaborate with Optus customers, internal stakeholders, and vendors to provide technical support and assist with incident and change management.
* Play a key role in maintaining excellent customer relationships by providing clear communication, sharing knowledge, and responding promptly.
Technical Skills and Qualifications
1. Experience with VMWare, Microsoft, and Cisco computing platforms is beneficial but not essential.
2. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach are required.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are necessary for success in this role.
4. A willingness to learn and contribute to a team environment is essential.

Other Information
This role operates between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, for a 38-hour week, with three days a week in the office and two days a week working from home, offering a degree of flexibility.
