Our client is the Corporate Parent of South Coast Food Services, a long-standing food service supplier, based in Esperance and servicing businesses across the Great southern and Goldfields Region. They have a long background in supplying high-quality products to a range of food service, production and distribution customers.
Job Description
* Oversee and manage all aspects of business operations, including logistics & distribution, customer service, business development and purchasing & finance.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
* Lead and mentor a team to achieve business objectives and maintain a high-performance culture.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
* Manage budgets and financial performance to achieve profitability targets.
* Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reporting to senior management.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Branch Manager should have:
* Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced wholesale or FMCG environment
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Comprehensive understanding of end to end business leadership
* Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets effectively.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
