About the Role
As a key contributor within our Sales Support function, you will play a vital role in accelerating business growth and strengthening client retention across our global portfolio. Acting as a trusted partner to Sales and Global Account Management, you will be the expert relied upon to create compelling, high‐quality proposal materials that highlight the full value of our market‐leading relocation & moving solutions.
This role is central to our most important pursuits—new business acquisition, strategic renewals, and upsell opportunities. You will lead the creation and delivery of:
* Ad hoc proposals and client‐specific sales materials
* Executive presentations
* Clarification documents, site visit collateral, and Best & Final Offer packages

What You Bring
* A passion for crafting clear, concise, client‐centred communications
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into persuasive messaging
* Experience managing complex proposals in a fast‐paced commercial environment
* A minimum of 3-4 years of proposal management experience is required
* A collaborative mindset and the confidence to partner closely with senior stakeholders
