Facilities Management Position
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the management, maintenance, and operation of our facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financials, conducting site inspections, and providing reports to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage budgets and financial reporting
* Conduct site inspections and provide reports to senior management
* Oversee the management, maintenance, and operation of buildings
* Report on OHS, compliance, energy, waste, etc.
* Assist with project management
Requirements:
* Previous experience in facilities management, preferably in an office or retail environment
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Technical and/or engineering knowledge
* Experience in managing contractor budgets and capital expenditure
* Collaborative and team-focused attitude
